MONDAY – FRIDAY, 9:00 – 2:0O VIA ZOOM.  COURSE IS 15 DAYS.

This course is approved by the Real Estate Commission of the State of New Jersey to fulfill the 75-hour class prerequisite to prepare you for the NJ State exam to obtain your NJ Real Estate Salesperson’s license.

To enroll, you must be:

•    U.S. Citizens with a Social Security number, Legal Aliens, and Undocumented Immigrants with a Taxpayer ID (TIN) (Rev. S2455 9/2020)
•    At least 18 years of age or older.
•    Have a high school education or equivalency.
•    Be of good moral character.

Requirements

  • To qualify to take the NJ Real Estate Commission exam, you must complete at least 80% of the 75-hour course and pass the school course exam with a minimum grade of 75%. You can take the school course exam more than once. After the 3rd attempt, the fee will be $20 per test.
  • Once you pass the school exam, we submit your name to the Commission, and you will be able to register for the state exam. You will pick a date and location to sit for the state exam. You must score 70% or higher to pass. You can retake the state exam until you pass. A fee is charged each time you take the exam. You must pass within a 1-year period. After 1 year, you must retake the course and start over.
