The Rossignol Sender 104 Ti Open Plus ski is like the little brother to the Sender 106 Ti Plus Open ski, with just a slightly slimmer waist and some different build qualities. With 104- millimeters underfoot, these skis still have plenty of width to float through powder and soft snow conditions, but its performance does not stop there. Built with a Poplar wood core, the skis are stable and smooth. When Rossignol adds a rigid titanal beam underfoot bolster the strength and stamina of the skis. Additionally, Rossi adds 2 strips of their Line Control Technology that's been used in a variety of their skis over the past few years. This one for the Sender Ti is made of ABS plastic, the same material found in your sidewalls, and adds a more playful touch to the ski while still keeping it substantial. By adding this vertical strip of ABS in the central portion of the ski, the fore/aft flex is bolstered and it does a great job in preventing the ski from counter-flexing, which also gives it great carving performance on hard snow.
