Teaposy Summer Symphony Tea

Teaposy teas provide a unique visionary experience along with flavorful, natural white tea.  Their teas often come in full flower form, blossoming in front of the drinker as it steeps.

Teaposy tea sachets are now available in a Concert Series. Symphony is a diverse selection of natural ingredients which come together to form a caffeine-free herbal treat.  Infused carefully by whole dried flowers and leaves, Symphony is a careful balance of refreshing and sweet flavor.

The flavor profile of Symphony comes from the palate-pleasing melody of mint leaves, osmanthus, chrysanthemum, Chinese globeflower, jasmine, honeysuckle, and barley.  Teaposy Symphony tea produces a light-bodied flavor balanced with mint and floral flavors.  An invigorating aroma with hints of vanilla escape from the steam, and the tea provides a sweet, lasting taste.

And here's a summary, straight from Teaposy: "Energetic and light.  This sweet, refreshing infusion will cool you down during the golden days of summer with its harmonious floral, mint and creamy vanilla flavors. Detox."  A summer symphony.

Choice is good - Brewing Options

Each box of this tea contains 12 pyramid-shaped nylon sachets. The sachet's can be used in one of two ways:

  • tea sachet: Immerse sachet in a cup or teapot filled with gently boiled water until the infusion has reached the desired strength
  • loose-leaf: Gently pull open one or more sachets. Empty the tea into a glass teapot. Fill with gently boiled water. Steep until the infusion reaches the desired strength.

Teaposy Concert Series Summer Symphony Health Benefits

Mint Leaves

Often enjoyed after large meals to soothe indigestion. Studies conducted in Britain during the 1990s showed peppermint relieves symptoms of IBS.

Osmanthus

Petite white flowers are native to the warm regions of Asia, cultivated for beauty, fragrance, and slightly sweet flavor. Their apricot-like aroma is said to relax and soothe the body and relieve tension headaches.

Chrysanthemum

Studies in China and Japan in the late 1970s showed chrysanthemum helped to reduce blood pressure, along with related symptoms such as headaches, insomnia, and more. When steeped in hot water, the beautiful blossoms are also said to help reduce fever, detoxify, and cool the body, making them perfect for the summer.

Chinese Globeflower

Beautiful yellow petals are the signature feature of Chinese globeflower. This bright blossom is native to Asia, North America, and many other temperate regions.

Jasmine

Delicate and beautiful white flowers that are native to the warmer countries in Asia, however their aroma has made them a popular choice in gardens around the world.

Honeysuckle

The health benefits of these flowers are said to be very similar to chrysanthemum when steeped in hot water, helping to reduce blood pressure and cool the body. Also, they are said to help respiratory function and help to treat coughs and asthma.

Barley

Said to soothe the body, relieve stress, and reduce inflammation when applied as a cream or poultice. Barley tea has a long history in Asia, where it has been experiencing a resurgence in popularity over the past few decades.
